Zagreb – Veszprém pregame statements

MVM Veszprém is going to play a SEHA League game against PPD Zagreb in Varasd tomorrow at 7 pm. The clash will be broadcasted live by Digi Sport 2. Before the match we asked head coach Javier Sabate and team captain László Nagy.

 

 

Javier Sabate: The Zagreb is a very-very hard and good team. In this season they improved a lot, their young players are better and better. I think it will be a very difficult match. They have very hard defense, this is their biggest strength this is not a question. They can change between their different defensive systems at any moment. If we would be able to read it and know how to play against these changes I think we will have chance tomorrow. If not then their fast wings will run for fast breaks after their successful defense and saves of their great goalkeepers who are able to give good passes.

 

 

László Nagy: We know it will be a difficult game, because now at the end of half-season they have some injured players and we will also miss players – some of them are injured, another ones have already joined to the preparation of Hungarian national team. I expect a hard game but I hope we can win our last away match in this year.
