We join the campaign against breast cancer

 Thanks to the American Cancer Society and a pharmaceutical company, October has been the official month of the fight against cancer for 30 years. A variety of campaigns around the world are organized in October to call attention to the significance of prevention and regular examinations because if it is diagnosed at an early stage, the survival stage is 90%.

 

Pink is the colour of the whole campaign and all around the world many women, men and children wear pink clothes in order to draw attention to the fight against breast cancer.

 

 

Many athletes and teams support this campaign. One of the most well-known promoters is the Nation Football League whose players are wearing pink accessories (shoes, socks, towels, caps, etc.) during this period.

 

This year the team of Veszprém also joins the campaign. Our players are wearing pink socks in the remaining games of October calling attention to the disease and prevention.

We encourage our fans to wear their regular red-white clothes combined with some pink this month.
