Veszprém - Vojvodina pregame statements

Our team is facing with the last match of the year. Before our SEHA Leauge game against Vojvodina tomorrow the next things were stated by the participants of the press conference:

 

 

Marko Sesum, Vojvodina’ team manager:

We are preparing for the last match of the year and we are going to play against one of the best team in the world. This is a huge challenge for us and we try to bring our best. We played the first match of the season against Veszprém so it will be interesting to see the improvement of teams since then.

 

 

 

Miroslav Kocic, Vojvodina’s player:

We know the Veszprém is the absolute favorite of the game tomorrow. Our goal is to stay close to them as long as it is possible. We are very glad that we can play in such an arena and city where everybody loves the handball so much. This is a great opportunity for preparation because in the beginning of the next year we will play against strong team in the EHF Cup.

 

 

 

Carlos Ortega, MKB-MVM Veszprém’s head coach:

Because of the weather we could arrive home from Skopje later than we expected but this is already past we do not deal with this. We should stay focused until the last second of the match we must not think on the winter holiday yet. We would like to keep or 100% score in the SEHA League. The Vojvodina has very good defense moreover they have gotten stronger with two new players since our last match.

 

 

Mikler Roland, MKB-MVM Veszprém’s player:

Obviously our team is a little bit tired at the end of the year but for us the most important thing is the end of the season that will be hopefully in Cologne. If we want to achieve this we must take every single game seriously. I am sure that everybody will try to bring his best tomorrow against Vojvodina and give the maximum respect to our opponent.
