Veszprém - PSG pregame statements

 

Ljubomir Vranjes: We know that we can play better. Paris played well in the last game and they deserved to win but now we want to take a step forward and win in front of our fans on Saturday. We have to be better in 60 minutes. We had a really bad 20 minutes in defense on Sunday. We have to be better at defense. Of course, at the end we have to score 1 goal more.

 

 

Dragan Gajic: Honestly, we were disappointed after the last match because in the second half we showed aggressiveness and desire to win the game. I expect a similar game here in Veszprém. Of course, I hope that the Arena will be full and our fans will be on fire. I hope we can give them as crazy atmosphere as they did in Paris for us last week and that we can put more pressure on them by our supporters. Naturally, we will do our job on the court as well. We want to win. It is great that we play back-to-back because the memories are still fresh. We will play with desire and passion but also with cool heads.

 

 

Kent Robin Tönnesen: It is going to be a tough game but also fun to play. I think we did not play that well last weekend, we will try to show our better side this Saturday, and we will get those 2 points for sure in front of our fans. We have to be at a better level in our defense because 33 conceded goals are too much. We have to get better at that and help our goalkeepers. If we do that, I think we will have a good chance.

 

 

Dejan Manaskov: It will be a tough game and we have to play better than we did on the first encounter. We have to get better in defense. We have time now to prepare for them with trainings and video. I think that with our fans at our back we can win this game.
