The first training of 2015

MKB-MVM Veszprém had its first training in 2015. Although, from the first team only six players participated - Péter Gulyás, Carlos Ruesga, Christian Zeitz, Iman Jamali, Renato Sulic and Ottó Kancel – but they started the year dynamically with three junior players. No surprise because Carlos Ortega guided them with his regular habit along with the precise Xavi Sabate and Porobic Haris, who trained the second team’s two goalkeepers with his proficiency as if Roland Mikler and Mirko Alilovic were there. Besides them, we should not forget about the work of József Végh, masseur and Nemanja Vucic, physiotherapist who particularly had to observe Péter Gulyás with his Achilles tendon injury. “Gulyi” skipped the practices that involved running and jumping because these are painful for him temporarily.

 

 

Firstly, the players had exercises without using the ball, then with the ball mainly in order to improve their passing skills and ball handling, but in the end shooting were also practiced. Then, they closed the training in the gym, where they shifted each other after having finished the given task. Ruesga and Zeitz began with bench press, Jamali and Kancel strengthened their shoulder in the first place, while Sulic lifted the bar from crouch like a real weightlifter.

 

 

So, in spite of the small number, the team started preparing dynamically for the upcoming season which will be really hard but hopefully successful as well. Training to be continued…
