Xavi Sabaté: Congratulations to Kiel and Alfred (Gislason), they are playing amazing since the beginning of this season. You can see what a good team we could defeat in the last Final4. Their young team will be still significant in the next 4-5 years in Europe. I think that our defense was amazing and it can give us more confidence for the future. Kiel had a great defense today and in the first half Landin was fantastic and could save several chances of Nilsson. In the second half our defense was good and we were lucky, unlike in Plock or Flensburg. I am proud of my team, not just when we win but when we lose also. I know how my players train every day and that is important. What is even more important is the end of the season, we have to be patient and trustful. The Kiel is a good sample for this. Congratulations to our team and our supporters. I think they supported us maybe better than ever. They helped us a lot to achieve this victory. Like I said earlier together we are stronger.

 

Gábor Ancsin: First of all congratulations to Kiel and also for our team. We fought hard, and I am very proud that I can be the part of this team. I am very happy that we fought together despite the injuries. T think that was the key for the victory. I would like to wish good luck for Kiel for the future.

 

Alfred Gislason: First congratulations to Veszprém and Javier for the victory. It was a tough match and we could not play the game we wanted. We started badly, and unfortunately it continued in the second half as well. It was a close game but we made too many mistakes.

 

Niklas Landin: Congratulations to Veszprém, it was a hard match for us. We did not start so well, and our young players had the first game in this incredible arena so it was hard. It is the beginning of the season and they will have more experience throughout the season. Our defense was good but the counter attacks decided the game.
