Javier Sabaté: Congratulations to my players because we did not have a lot of time to prepare for this game. Congratulations to Celje for how they play and the results they get in this season. They are a good team, and I think they have one of the best fast-breaks in Europe. We had some injuries in the last weeks. Terzic also could not play however he is a key player for us in defense and Ugalde neither was in the squad. Despite that the team showed how motivated and committed we are. We played a good defense, Mikler was in a very high level today, but Alilovic is on it, too. It was the key that “Roli” and the defense played well. Dávid Fekete was amazing he showed what a great work the youngsters are doing.

 

Gasper Marguc: Not much more to say, coach said it all. I agree with everybody. We played very good in defense and “Roli” (Mikler) was outstanding. We played a good game and we are happy for these extra points and now we have to prepare for the weekend.

 

 

Branko Tamse: First, congratulations to Veszprém. They prepared well from us. Their defense forced us to make difficult shots and mistakes. There were some minutes where I was happy the way we played but unfortunately Veszprém had more good minutes than us.

 

Gal Marguc: First I would like to congratulate Veszprém, unfortunately we could not play on the level of Veszprém. Our defense was not really good and Mikler saved a lot of our shots and from that they could score lots of fast-break goals.
