Xavi Sabaté: Congratulations to Plock and their trainer for the great performance today. They are a good team and we have much respect for them. We said earlier that we had problems in the first half of the season so now we have to be better. The team works well even after the loss against Barcelona. We managed to win in Kiel first time in our history. The key for today’s victory was the defense, especially against their motor, Zhitnikov. Nilsson, Laci, Timu, Terza and the others did a great job helping Mikler in the goal. Our fast breaks were good, Marguc and Ugalde played well today. In attack we played as a team. When players like Nagy and Ilic are fit this is the way we can play. The result of less matches and less travels is clear. The difference comparing to our other games was we could finish our chances with good percentage today. We managed to beat Corrales today who is a top goalkeeper. We would like to thank the support of our fans who did a great job creating a wonderful atmosphere. It is important to support every player.
László Nagy: Of course I expect this kind of play from Orlen Wisla Plock. They have good and young players. It is uncomfortable to play against their defense. Their players collaborate well with the goalkeeper. I am happy about the 31 goals we scored, we had easy fast break goals. Congratulations for Plock and good luck for the future.
Piotr Przybecki: Congratulations to Xavi Sabaté and Veszprém. Our defense was not very good in the first half. 18 goals is too much. We tried to get better but we could not. We were not good enough today. Mikler saved clear shots. We gave everything today. Our young players can travel back home with the experience of playing in Veszprém. Once again congratulations to them and good luck for the future.
Mateusz Piechowski: First of all congratulations to Veszprém. They played very good tonight, as my coach said we could have been better in one-against-one situations. We had easy mistakes, we should be better in defense. This night Veszprém was better, than us.
