Xavi Sabaté: Congratulations to my team, and also to Montpellier. I think our defense was at a good level. We expected a very hard match, because Montpellier is in a good form. Our defense was very effective, they could score only 23 goals, while in their last matches they had 31-32 goals. I am really happy about we could make a good defense against the fast breaks of Montpellier, I think, they have the second best fast breaks in the world. We had the chance to lead the match by 7 goals, but we made technical mistakes and missed shots. An opponent like Montpellier can take and advantage from it. Gerard was fantastic, he helped them to come back to 2-3 goals. I hope that our injured player – Ancsin and Kopljar - will return soon. I wish all the best to Ivan Sliskovic to his operation, he is not only a good player, sportsman, but a really good person as well.
Aron Palmarsson: I think it was a fun game to watch for the fans. We started the game even, but later we were able to keep a 3 goal distance in the halftime. We had stupid mistakes in the last 10 minutes that is why we did not have a 6 or 7 goals difference. A team, like Montpellier punishes this kind of mistakes. I am happy, because at the end our team have won, but it would be better to make a bigger difference.
Patrice Canayer: We are a bit disappointed because of the loss, even more, because I feel that the difference could be less. I would like to thank to the club of Veszprém for this amazing hospitality. We felt ourselves very nice. It’s always a pleasure to play in front of amazing fans like them. We have one match left, we try to give our best.
Jure Dolenec: First of all I would like to congratulate to Telekom Veszprém. It was a tough game, I think we played well today. Of course we wanted to win, but we missed many easy shots and we had many mistakes in attack.
