Ljubomir Vranjes: Congratulation to Szeged for the 2 points. They deserved to win today. I think we played hectic in some parts of the game and we made a lot of technical mistake. I tried new things today, sometimes it worked, and sometimes it did not. However, I think this is the good way. We did too many easy mistakes against a team like Szeged. We fought back, and we did it really good at the end of the first half. In the second period, both teams could have won. We missed too many chances today. It is never easy to lose but I know why it happened, I know what to work on to make it better. Good luck for Szeged, and we will see each other soon.

 

Máté Lékai: I would like to congratulate Szeged! It was a great game where they were able to win. We made mistakes in critical parts of the match. At the last part we did not score in two situations, while Szeged was able to gain goals. We tried new figures that worked either well or not. This game did not have huge importance, but prestige is very important. I would like to wish good luck to Szeged for the Champions League and I hope we will meet in the Final Four.

 

 

Juan Carlos Pastor: First, congratulation to my team for the victory, and thank you for our fans who came with us. Congratulations to Veszprém too, we could beat a great team today with a great coach. I think we needed this game more than Veszprém. We could correct our bad game in November. I think it is up to us in the championship again, we have to carry on playing like this. The game was varied today, we had the lead but Veszprém could climb back. We could come back everytime, and that was the key to our game. Lékai played very well today, congratulations to him. I think Hungarian handball fans and the world could see a very good game.

 

Jonas Kallman: Thank you for the match! It was a tough game. After the Champions League group games we started to train for the match against Veszprém. We had a difficult time in November and December, but now we are playing in a really high level and the atmosphere is great in the team. We need to continue to play like this. There will be even more difficult games in the remaining part of the season. We will try to play as good as now or even better.
