Xavi Sabaté: I would like to congratulate Brest, they are a very good team and a Champion League team. They have a great season so far. We had difficulties preparing for the game because most of our players played in the national team. They had to travel a lot. We had some injuries like Nagy, Lékai or Iváncsik who are getting better and better again. I am very proud of my team, because we work hard every day, everyone can come and see it. I think it is a big victory even considering the fact that this morning I got the news that Palmarsson, Terzic and Sulic are not able to play. We found ourselves in a tough situation, especially in defense. Everybody made a huge effort to win this game today. This why I am happy for this win.

 

Blaz Blagotinsek: It was a difficult match because everybody just got back from the national team. We did not play very good at defense in the first half but in the second we could make our defense tougher, had some fast break goals and managed to win the game.

 

 

Sergey Bebeshko: It was a very interesting game against a good team. It was very hard because the team just got back together after the international break. I am very happy that the team fought hard but unfortunately in a key moments we made a mistakes.

 

Rade Mijatovic: I feel sad, because we could win this game or take one point home. I do not know if we will ever have a better chance for that. We will give our best in the upcoming games in SEHA League and Champions League to show that this game was not just luck.
