Xavi Sabaté: Congratulations to our team for the victory and Eger too. My colleague was right. We played with a complete roster altought there are many injuries. We were able to practise some tactical elements that we are going to use against Barcelona. We had two lines and we changed in every 15 minutes. I am happy that we could run and score fastbreak goals. Now we rest and tomorrow we train. I hope that Aflitulin and Füzi will be a good use for Eger because both of them are good players.

 

Iváncsik Gergő: Congratulations to both teams. Eger showed that they are a good team. In the first half we went side-by-side because lot of players showed their quality from Eger. As Xavi said we are just getting used to play matches again and we still have injured players. I think this game was a perfect preparation against Barcelona. We still have many trainings this week and we will give our best in the weekend.

 

 

Tóth Edmond: I am happy that Veszprém played with a full roster against us. I told my players that maybe they will try to prepare against Barcelona with this game. I hope we could help. We tried playing on a higher level to that we can be a worthy match and help the preparations. In the begining the offense worked but it was very hard because Veszprém has the best defense in Europe. We tried to play respecting our opponent. There were great performances despite the loss. There were momentums that help our preparations too. I am happy that our new player from Veszprém had a great match.

 

Inal Aflitulin: I felt great today but I am a bit tired because we had 3 Cup games behind us. I think we played a good game today. We played many formations that helps me because I am a new player and have to adapt to the new scheme. We have important matches left that we want to win.
