Summary of the World Cup's first day

Nagy Laszlo scored Hungary's first goal in the World Cup's opener. Mikler's double save was followed by Nagy Kornel's counter attack goal. In the 5th minute, our team captain, Harsanyi Gergely scored a spectacular goal. Soon after, Egypt called timeout, and scored their first goal shortly after. Thanks to the duo of Nagy Laszlo and Schuch Timuzsin, our defence was working perfectly, and the Egyptians just couldn't find a way through. Csaszar also added to his tally to make it 10:6 in the 19th minute.

After Mocsai Lajos' time out, Lekai Mate was introduced, and bagged his first goal instantly. Towards the end of the first period, Roli continued to make fantastic saves. In front, the attackers continued to be on spot and had a lead of 8 goals by the first intermission (30th minute, 17:9).

The second period brought a few mistakes, but the team continued to perform up to their standards. (41st minute, 21:14). The Egyptians pulled themselves together and made it 23:20 by the 49th minute.

Zubai Szabolcs ignited the hungarian  engines once again. Mikler continued his astounding performance, and up the front, the duo of Csaszar - Mocsai made sure, the game was done and dusted.
