Statistics of our scorers in the 2014/15 season

Momir Ilic was the most successful; he is the scorer of the year in Champions League again with 114 scores (103 scores last year). The Serbian left back scored a total of 264 goals in 46 matches in this season (5,87/game on average). Momo obtained his 500th goal in Veszprém jersey and ended up with 503.

 

 

Gasper Marguc spending his first season in Veszprém scored the most goals (14) and ended up in the 2nd place of the totalized score list (174). He was the only player in this season who played in each game out of 51 stake games.

 

 

Considering all of the matches, the third most productive player has been Renato Sulic (168). In Champions League, however, he was the second best scorer (60) of our team.

 

The 4th and the 5th of our team list are the two right backs, László Nagy (137) and Christian Zeitz (129).

 

 

Moreover, it is important to highlight that Gergő Iváncsik obtained his 2000th goal in Veszprém jersey overtaking János Gyurka on the all-time score list. Geri finally ended up with 2034 goals. István Pásztor is the third with 2164 goals, Carlos Perez is the second with 2447 goals and the best scorer is József Éles with 2548 goals.

 

 

Out of our current players, Péter Gulyás got into the first 10 of the all-time list. Our right wing is the 8th with 1276 goals and in the next season he might overtake Kiril Lararov (1299) who ended up in the second place of CL’s score list – as the best player of Barcelona – after Ilic. Renato Sulic is also likely to step forward in the next season and get into the first 10 of the all-time score list. Currently he (927) is behind an another pivot Gyula Gál (935).

 

Interestingly, our goalkeeper Mirko Alilovic was also productive in this season. He scored one goal in Cl and one in championship as well.
