David Davis: We played a serious match because Dabas played a great game in the Hungarian Cup. We did not want any surprise. We are preparing for the final of the league against Szeged, and this match was perfect to run and to play, because they have tall people in the middle. Everybody was focused and everyone played with concentration. Some of the players from the youth team helped us today and did well. I am satisfied with the team’s performance.
Viktor Melnyicsuk: I tried to live with the opportunity I got today. Thanks to coach Davis that I could be here and could make my debut. I tried to perform the best I can. I tried to help the team when I was on the court.
Győző Tomori: First, congratulations to Veszprém for qualifying to the Champions League Final4, I hope they win this year. Our goal was to play a better game than we did in the cup semi final last time. We could stay closer in score and I expected a tough attitude and I was just that from my team. This game was good for our preparation to next week. Good luck to Veszprém for the Final4.
Bence Zakics: Congratulations to Veszprém. It is hard to play what we planned against a team like them. We did everything we could and played a good game with lots of goals. We have to win against Mezőkövesd next week to strengthen our seventh spot in the league.
