Ljubomir Vranjes: I think that Paris could win confidently but its reasons can be found mostly in the first half. They were better at every position in the one-on-one situation. In the second half we fought back ourselves and performed well, I liked that. But if we compare this game with the one we want to play then it is not 100% same.

 

Máté Lékai: We came for the two points to Paris. We knew it would be a hard game and it was. In the first half they played better than us. In the second half – like the coach said – we were much better than in the first one but it was not enough. We came back to one goal distance but then missed and the PSG could score two goals in a row. In that period, it was a big difference. In the next week we will meet with each other again and we want to get the two points.

 

 

Zvonimir Serdarusic: I am very happy for the victory. In the first half we played especially well leaded by Nikola Karabatic and Thierry Omeyer. The second half was much more difficult but we could still play with clean mind and it was the most important. In offense we were less good but against a team like Veszprém you cannot play without mistakes.

  

Edouard Kempf: We played a difficult game against a very good team but we performed well both at offense and defense all game long. The atmosphere was great and it helped us to win this match. We did a good job especially in defense because we could keep our opponent under thirty scored goals.
