Our Facebook page is improved by a ChatBot

 

Innovation and useful improvements were always important for the team of Telekom Veszprém. Our Facebook page has always had a huge part in keeping in touch with our supporters so happily announce that we started the development of our own ChatBot in cooperation with the company running our #FanZone.

 

Our ChatBot, available on the already popular Messenger application and on Facebook, will be bilingual. Roland Mikler and Dragan Gajic will be the faces of the application that will include several functions and will be available to answer already programmed questions in real time.

Through the menu system of the ChatBot you can subscribe to news and fan games, our webshop will be available from there to order our merchandise. ChatBots became popular over the summer on Messenger, Viber, Skype and Telegram platforms so it was clear that Telekom Veszprém would like to introduce it first among the Hungarian sport world.

 

ChatBot is a chat robot that has 3 main modules:

1. Menu system that makes useful information accessible

2. Newsletter function which will make you available to subscribe to contents which will be sent instantly to the subscriber.

3. The AI (Artificial Intelligence) that will allow us to answer programmed questions in real time about relevant and fresh news.
