Our Christmas charity action was successful

 

Just like in the past years, we organized a charity donation collection before our Champions League game against Kielce on 2 December. This year we were collecting donations for the Csolnoky Ferenc Hospital of Veszprém and for the Premature Baby Ambulance Organization.

 

 

In the letter below, Dr. Tamás Tenk, CEO of the Premature Baby Ambulance Organization and the Children’s Department, would like to thank our fans for their donations.

 

“I would like to say thanks for the opportunity and for the help in organizing donation collection before the Champions League game on Saturday. Thanks to you, we collected more than 1000 disposable diapers, 3 bags of baby clothes and baby care products and 2 bags of toys. Furthermore in the collecting urns we collected 305.000 HUF.

Every material and money donations will go to sick children and premature babies, and thank you for that again.

We would like to wish further sport successes for the team and Happy Holidays for everyone in the name of the employees of the Children’s department.”

 

 

Today 3 of our players, Gábor Ancsin, Mátyás Győri and Patrik Ligetvári took a visit in the hospital where they brought further surprises for the children and for the nurses who take good care of the sick children. After this they visited the premature babies department.

 

In the name of our Club we would like to say a huge thank you for the donations of our kind hearted Fans which made the Holidays more beautiful for those children who has to stay there for Christmas.
