Next up: Telekom Veszprém−Dinamo Bukarest

After defeating HC Motor Zaporozhye in the previous round there is a new challenge coming in Telekom Veszprém’s way: Momir Ilic’s side is facing Dinamo Bucharest on Thursday evening.

These two teams last met October 28th when Xavi Pascual’s side won 31-29 in Bucharest, so Telekom Veszprém is going to be extra motivated to even the score in Veszprém Aréna.

Telekom Veszprém is currently second in Group B. They have defeated PSG (34-31), Barca (29-28), Porto (30-23), Flensburg (28-23) and Motor (36-29) at home, but lost to Kielce (29-32), Dinamo (29-31) and Motor (27-29) away from home.

Dinamo is currently at the bottom of the group, but surprisingly their two wins came against Kielce (32-29) and Veszprém (31-29). However, they lost to PSG (31-41), Porto (26-27), Barca (32-36), Motor (27-28) and to Flensburg twice (30-37, 20-28).

The referees are Mads Hansen and Jesper Madsen from Denmark. The game is going to be broadcast on Sport 1.
