Xavier Sabate: Congrats to Vardar, they played very good. They have a top coach in Europe. Vardar is a candidate for the Final Four of the Champions League and SEHA League. I would like to congratulate to our players. They played good despites the problems we have to face nowadays. Both teams played very well, our defense was very good. We made some mistakes because they are very fast and they had some fast breaks as well. At the end of the game we had a chance to win but we missed the goal, and Vardar could also win, but they could not either, this is the sport. I want to congratulate to László Nagy for playing so good with after his injury. He is a big leader of the team and I think he is the best plyer in the world. I would like to thank to the fans for supporting us even there is a weekday today.

Cristian Ugalde: Congratulations to Vardar. They are growing as a team, they have a big chance for the Final Four both in the Champions League and SEHA League. It was an entertaining match because it was a really close game. The draw is a fair result.

Coach Raul Gonzalez: First of all congratulation to Veszprem. I think coach Sabate is doing a great job. I think we played well, in the first half we played better, but Veszprem could manage to come back for the end of the first half. We played a great match at a place where it is hard to win.

Sterbik Árpád: This game was special match because every player came from different places in Europe after the national team’s week. We had one practice before the match and Veszprem, too. I am pleased with our game. There were a few minutes where Veszprém played better. It was an entertaining match for the fans, too.
