David Davis: I am so happy because we fought from the beginning until the end. It was not an easy week for anyone, the players, the Club and the Supporters. We came here and we knew it is going to be complicated to play against Montpellier. We managed to win and we are going up. Congratulations to Partice Canayer who is in his chair the longest out of any coach in Europe, and of course to Montpellier because they are doing great things. I have a lot of respect for Patrice.
Kentin Mahé: David came and we had a lot of training sessions this week. He came with a new idea and with a new system that he wants us to play. It has been a complicated week but we are very happy to have won this game.
Patrice Canayer: I would like to congratulate to Veszprém for their victory today. I would also like to congratulate the referees who had an excellent game. When you lose with one goal you ask questions about the refs, but they were very coherent and had an excellent game tonight. I would have been happy with a draw tonight to get a point. That would have been a reward for the effort that the players put in throughout the game. In terms of commitment, I thought Montpellier was very coherent tonight. Our biggest problem, as everyone can see is efficiency. Our goalkeepers were not good enough tonight, they could not save so much. In terms of the play, we had a lot of situations where the shooter was in good position but we did not manage to score. Notably the last two chances at the game. We also had possibility to increase our lead further but we did not capitalize on those chances. We were extremely disappointed that we did not have any points after 5 games but the players put in a lot of effort tonight and we hope that our luck will turn. Montpellier is a club that keeps going until the end. We will try to keep going until the situation turns.
Baptiste Bonnefond: I would like to congratulate David for his first victory. As Patrice said, effort were not rewarded tonight. It is difficult at the moment but hopefully things will improve. We are certainly putting in effort but we are going to keep working and hope for the change.
