Ljubomir Vranjes: Of course if you come to Szeged and collect two points it is always a great feeling. I think that in the first half we played well but had too many suspensions which made the game uneven. Regardless I thinkthink that we had a great first period. It was tough but not too tough. We had problems with the defense of Szeged, they defended well. Fortunately we presented great solutions. I think that our defense was great for 60 minutes. Mirko saved well and the wall was string in front of him. I do not really know the result but it was 7-8 goals between the teams, although it does not matter if you win by one goal or ten. We had a great game and I am proud of the boys. Now comes a bit of rest and the international break. Thank you for the game and we will see you soon.

 

Timuzsin Schuch: Congratulations to both teams. It is a great feeling to win in Szeged and to win by 9 goals is undescribable. It was a real derby that lived up to the name of previous battles. The key moment was when we could win a shorthanded situation 2:0. I feel like everything turned there. Our defense was great, Mirko helped a lot in the back. We have torn Szeged apart with the leading of Máté. Today’s game was won by the team. It is a great feeling to know how much we can fight for each other.

 

 

Juan Carlos Pastor: Congratulations to Veszprém. They were better today. The key of the game was that we could not score 4-5 goals in a draw situation while they scored from the counter attack. In the second half when they were leading by 5 goals they played with high confidence. It was a burden to us because at that moment we knew that we will not be able to win the game. It is only October and Veszprém showed us how we should be playing if we would like to be in competition with them. It is important to stay together and carry on with the work. Those who stay in Szeged for the international break will work with me. This team gave a lot of good things to the fans but today we played badly and lost this game together. Thank you for our supporters for making such a great atmosphere in the hall and I am sorry that we could not win today. We carry on the work.

 

Richárd Bodó: Congratulations to Veszprém. We are disappointed. This is not how we planned this game. The whole thing turned around at the shorthanded situation mentioned before when they could win 2:0. Veszprém could lead by a bigger margin, they became confident and attacked flawlessly while we were running for the score. We have to correct the mistakes and carry on.
