Big games are waiting for our team. Within a short time we will face with Kiel, Barcelona and Szeged. How do you feel yourself and the squad preparing for these important clashes?
For myself I feel very good I have no injuries or anything like that and I am fresh and ready to play these big games in the Champions League. The atmosphere in the team is really good, we always like playing those big games and obviously in the Champions League there are always just big games. Szeged is always Szeged so it is going to be hard but those are the games we want to play.
How do you feel yourself in this new system that you and your team needs to play much more games and have less training sessions?
I like it, it's more fun to play than to train. If you have too much time between games you train a lot. We have a lot of player so we have no problem to have these extra games in the Hungarian League and the SEHA League as well. I think it's all right.
Because of the injuries we have seen you play in a different position which is left back. How do you like it?
For me it does not matter, I play left back in the national team. I have always looked at myself as a left back and a playmaker but playmaker first. If the coach wants me to play left back it is no problem for me.
What is your opinion about the end game in our Champions League games that came out in a draw?
Obviously I do not like it, I wanted to win both of those games and we all did. I do not think we deserved a draw in Flensburg, we were supposed to win that game with couple of goals at least but it is our fault of course. We just have to learn from it. In Plock we played very good offense but our defense was really bad. Against Kiel, Barcelona and Szeged we have to play much better if we want to get the results that we want.
Do you have any special feelings coming up against Kiel?
Last year it was a little bit special because I played in Kiel for six years. Now I know a lot about those players, I played with them for a long time and I know the club in and out. It is a special feeling but they are not going to be my friends for that 60 minutes on Saturday.
Did you talk to any of them before the game?
Yes, I am in contact with Marko Vujin who is one of my best friends. We speak 2-3 times a week on the phone. I speak with Sprenger also, these two are the ones I talk to the most. We do not talk about the game to be specific, he is coming we are going to meet maybe for a coffee and on gameday he is on this side and I am on that side. After the game with hug it out and no problems. We are professionals, we have done it before.
