David Davis: We prepared for the game like it was a Champions League game. We are trying to change our mindset to play this knockout stage in the different competitions. We are playing a lot of games, and we not always have a lot of time to prepare. Vojvodina played a good game today and we can prepare better for them next week. Our goal was to win, and we did it. I am satisfied with the performance of the team.
Blaz Blagotinsek: It was a great match. We started well in the first half, scored some important goals and controlled the game. It is a good thing to go back to Veszprém with a good difference on our side. I hope we can win there as well, and qualify for the Final4.
Boris Rojevic: Congratulations to Veszprém and to my players. In the first few minutes we were a bit nervous but we saw an attractive game today. We proved that Serbian handball lives, and I told my players that this is a game for them, so they can play well. I think Veszprém is the best team of the world right now.
Milan Mirkovic: Hard to play when you know that your opponent is a handball giant but we hope that in Veszprém we will play a good game like this one today. We are satisfied with the level of play, but we have to prove that in the second leg in Hungary.
