Foreshadow: Veszprém - Dabas

On 2 May, at 6:00 p.m. Telekom Veszprém will host Dabas KC VSE in the last but one round of the K&H League, in the Veszprém Arena.

Last time we met with Dabas was on 21 November in the OBO Arena. We controlled the game from the beginning and managed to win 21:39. Dabas held itself very well for the first half that is how it could have happened that our lead was only 4 goals in the intermission. Our top scorer was Dragan Gajic with 8 goals, while from the opponent it was Ádám Országh with 4 goals.

Our next opponent is currently on 8^th position in the league. They played 25 games so far and managed to win 9 times, recording 2 draws and 14 losses along the way. Last time they played against MOL-Pick Szeged at home, where the game ended in a 24:34 Szeged victory. Their top scorer in the league is Levente Halász with 100 goals.

The “Építők” played in the Hungarian Cup final last time, where the managed to beat Szeged in a close game, ending 23:21, which meant that Veszprém won the cup for the 27^th time. Our top scorer in the final was Máté Lékai with 6 goals. In the domestic championship Veszprém played on 10 March, when they hosted Budakalász. The result of the game was a 35:25 win. Ugalde, Nenadic and Sulic were all top scorers, with 6 goals each.
