Foreshadow: Veszprém – Celje

Interestingly, both Gasper Marguc from Veszprém and his brother from Celje succeeded in and missed a penalty-shooting. Former Celje player Ivan Sliskovic scored one goal.

  

 

We have to fight for winning, if we want to be group winners because even though Veszprém fans hoped that the Parisian would lose points in the Sparkassen Arena, PSG gained victory in Kiel. Thus, the French team is still on top overtaking us with one point. Moreover, Flensburg closed up after winning against Zagreb at home by one goal. 

 

Mikkel Hansen along with Janko Bozovic from Metalurg Skopje is on top of the scorer list of Champions League. Both of them have scored 58 goals so far. Among the players of Veszprém, Momir Ilic is the most productive; he is in the 16th place with 41 goals. “Momo” scored his 700th CL goal in the last game, out of a total of 703 goals.
