Foreshadow: FTC – Veszprém

 

On Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. FTC KN Kft. will host Telekom Veszprém in the K&H League. The game will not be broadcasted.

 

 

FTC is currently at 10th position in the league by collecting 11 points on 18 games. Besides their 5 victories there is a draw and 12 lost games. They managed to win against Vác back-to-back, and against Cegléd, Eger and Dabas. Their top scorer in the championship is Máté Marczinkó with 57 goals.

 

The two parties have met already in this season, and then on 10 October we collected a commanding victory over them. The result was 39:20 for us. Gasper Marguc was our top scorer that time with 8 goals while Roland Mikler finished the game with 53% save efficiency. The opponent’s top scorer was Máté Marczinkó with 5 goals.

 

Ferencváros played their last game on Saturday against Dabas, where they managed to win. Gábor Pálos scored 8 goals while Tamás Oláh, Richárd Bali and Bozo Andelic bagged 4 goals each in the 27:28 victory.

 

The “Építők” also played on Saturday but in the Champions League, where they beat the Belorussian champions Meshkov Brest. Momir Ilic scored 8 goals in the game played on home court. In the Hungarian championship, they played on 10 February last time against Vác, also on home court. The game ended with a 42:21 Veszprém victory. The team is still unbeaten in the Hungarian championship and they certainly do not want to break their streak on Tuesday.
