David Davis: We did not prepare well for this game. We had only this game in this week and I thought the players could get more free time and a calmer week. It is clear that it did not work because we did not have a good day. We did not prepare well and this is my fault. Next week we will have important matches and the players’ heads are already there. I think it is normal. But like this, this game was very complicated for us today. Ferencváros played very well and we had a lot of problems.
Borut Mackovsek: The intensity of the game was high from the beginning. The young players of Ferencváros got the chance from their coach and played very well. We were not ourselves: we made a lot of mistakes and missed a lot of shots. We cannot afford it, we must play much better than this.
Attila Horváth: Congratulations to the Veszprém but to my team as well. We had a huge fight and based on the picture of the game we would deserve the draw. We played against Tatabánya, Szeged and Veszprém in a row and we came out well, learned a lot and had a great performances without pressure. Today in the last ten minutes, there was a stake and the youngsters catch well the opportunity for the victory. We failed, missed open shots that are not affordable against an opponent like this. But we brought the maximum in defense, the performance of the goalkeepers was very good and were fast and brave in offense.
Timuzsin Schuch: It was great being on the courttoday, I felt myself very well. We played a good game. Congratulations to Veszprém on the victory. I hope they will win all of their matches after that. But our team deserves the congratulations too because we played fantastic. It is rare to see Veszprém sweating like this against a small team. It shows that we did everything on the court. If our youngsters will continue like this then they will have serious opportunities. I wish them to keep working in such a humble way and bring this kind of performance against those opponents too that are on similar level like us.
