Dragan Gajic about the Hungarian Cup

 

Our Slovenian right wing analyzed the Final4 weekend of the Hungarian Cup.

 

 

It was good. I think we played an excellent game against Balatonfüred, after a pretty long time, we dominated every aspect of the game. Against Szeged, we played a bit differently. We stopped the game and played 6 against 6 in attack, which we knew that we were better at. We were aggressive in defense. It is a nice feeling to win the cup especially after these turbulent weeks before the Final4.

 

It is difficult to make 100% but in global I think we did what we were told to do. I think we prepared really well for the matches tactically, physically and mentally as well. We dominated them in every aspect of the game. Preparations were excellent and now we have a good base for the finals of the Hungarian league.

 

Still, we have 2 games against Dabas and Tatabánya here. These games are important because those give you a feeling if you are on the right way or not. In some games of the Hungarian championship, we did not play so good, and the feeling was not so good either, when we got to the tougher matches. It is very important to play well in the last 2 games, also very important to dominate the game and to run. After this, we are waiting for Szeged optimistically. I expect 2 difficult games like last year, but we will play the second game in Veszprém, in front of our Fans. It could not be a better feeling than to celebrate the title with our Supporters in our own Arena.
