Ljubomir Vranjes: I think that we played a pretty good game. I think everybody played expect Ilic and Mikler and I wanted everybody to play. Some things worked very well and some did not. I think Dabas fought very good, they were on the field with the whole hart and I liked that. Of course, that is the difference between the teams. Dabas can be proud of the way they fought.

 

Renato Sulic: I think it was good game but I think the first half was not how we expected. It was too much goals for us. We showed how we have to play in the second half. Defense and running. Dabas has to be proud of themselves because they fought well. As coach said, this is the difference between the teams and we reached our goal today.

 

 

Győző Tomori: I think we did great in the first half of the handball celebration. I think there has never been a bigger crowd in Dabas in the NB1. What coach Vranjes and Renato said is the fact. I was happy that we could hold ourselves in the first period and that we could score 12 goals. We have to add that the saves of Balázs Holló helped us at that time but the difference in speed and physicality came up between the two teams. We could leave the court with our heads held high because we did what we could do today.

 

Balázs Bíró: It is always a celebration when one can play against Veszprém and fortunately, it was not my first time. We prepared to make these stars’ job harder and to put a play on the table that makes the opponent say that the game was worth it. We wanted to practice as well and to play in a tempo that can be helpful for us in the future. It is a primary condition to not have an injured player from us, nor from the opponent because their goals are a bit superior than the Hungarian League. The atmosphere in the Arena got us a bit stunned and we had to get a few minutes to let it sit a bit. Our goal is to have such an atmosphere in many other games to come.
