7 Hungarian youngsters may attend to Telekom Veszprém

Veszprém Handball Ltd. wants to create the opportunity for 7 players to show themselves in the CL finalist and 24-times Hungarian Champion team.

 

Based on the proposals of Eklemovic Nikola, 25 players will be available for Sabate on different championships and cups in order to create the unbreakable defense out of the most fresh and hard-hitting players.

 

The sports director said at the request of handballveszprem.hu that the negotiations are almost over and the list of names will come to light soon. Eklemovic thinks that there will be a need for further players with high capacity in the next season so it might happen that the best juniors will have the chance to play in the adult team. Eklemovic claimed that out of the juniors Attila Tóth, Zoltán Szita and Erik Szeitl are among the potential players. “They got the chance to prove their aptitude by Coach Sabate.”

 

 

Eklemovic also said that “not only we but also the whole Hungarian handball needs talented juniors. Our coaches had faith in us and we also got the chance to play that time so we also have to give this opportunity to these juniors. However it is also true that we have to be efficient at the same time so coach Sabate needs careful balance, famous names, stars and young fighters equally.”
