This year Telekom Veszprém's roster consist of 20 players. In our new series we are going to ask the same 20 questions to each player. We are moving up by the jersey number, our ninth subject was William Accambray. You can read the chat with him below.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is the gazpacho my grandmother makes.
What is your favorite drink?
Tomato juice with tabasco.
What is your favorite color?
My favorites are black and red.
What is your favorite movie?
I like trilogies like Lord of the Rings or Batman. I like these kind of series more than just one movie.
Who is your favorite actor and/or actress?
I like Nicolas Cage.
Who is your favorite musician?
AC/DC and Queen are my two favorites.
What is your favorite song?
I like Thunderstruck from AC/DC.
What is your favorite book?
I do not read too much books, I would rather read anime or comic books.
What is your favorite animal?
Lion and Panther. They look pretty but aggressive at the same time.
What are your habits before a game?
I do not have that much in the locker room or before games. Probably during warmups, I always do the same movements, stretching and shooting.
What is your proudest moment in your career?
I am proud of all my titles I have won with every team I have ever played in. It is not easy to win always but I could win many trophies fortunately.
Who is your role model?
I do not have a typical idol. The best example of sportsman for me is Michael Jordan. He was an emblematic figure in sports.
What would you be if you were not a handball player?
I would do track and field because my parents were international athletes. I even started track and field when I was young but I loved handball more. I would probably do high jump, javelin throw or shotput.
Other than handball, which sport do you like the most? Which team and/or player do you support?
I love rugby but the French teams are not so good this year unfortunately.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like watching series, playing cards or playing videogames. I also like going out with friends here in Veszprém.
Which is the prettiest city you have ever been to?
New York and Paris. These two are the most beautiful cities in the world.
What is your dream car?
My dream car is a Bentley Continental GT.
What do you fear the most?
I fear speaking Hungarian because it is too difficult. (Laughs)
What is your motto?
Enjoy your life, carpe diem.
Are there any skills you wish you had learned?
I would love to play the guitar. I think it is impressive when someone can play the guitar perfectly.
