I do not really have a habit. I have a process that I do before every game. It is pretty long I cannot even tell the whole thing. It is not the end of the world if I miss a thing in this process but I do it for a lot of years now. It puts me in game mode. It is a natural habit and by the end of it I always feel ready for the game.

What would you be if you were not a handball player?
Tough question because I have been thinking about what am I going to do after I retire from professional sport. I think I would be a mechanical engineer. I have a diploma in technical management but I would not like to settle in this business. My whole family are mechanical engineers, my brother and my father. I think I would work in the family business if was not a handball player.
Other than handball, which sport do you like the most? Which team and/or player do you support?
I do not support any teams. If there is a good game I would watch it. I like the NFL for example but so much that I stay up all night to see it. If I am checking the channels on the TV I watch a good NBA game. Usually if I know or I hear in the locker room that two good teams are playing a clash I watch it. But I do not watch it game by game.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I have two parts. I either lay in bed all day and not move a single finger or I must do something because I cannot stay in my skin. When that happens I work around the house, I cut the grass, pull out the weeds or put the garden in order. I can relax that way. We arrange activities with my son if we have time. He likes water very much so we often go to wellness weekends. We like water activities. We try to pull the family together and spend some time with them. I like being with my brother and his family.
Which is the prettiest city you have ever been to?
I have been to some. I loved St. Petersburg, as so Barcelona and Madrid. I can mention Rome or Athens also.
What is your dream car?
I do not really have a dream car.
What do you fear the most?
I do not really fear anything.
What is your motto?
Nothing special pops in head right now.
Are there any skills you wish you had learned?
There are language geniuses who hear something and learn it instantly. I envy them so much. It would be good to speak 8-10 languages, it would be helpful. The other thing that would be cool to have is photographic memory.
