This year Telekom Veszprém's roster consist of 20 players. In our new series we are going to ask the same 20 questions to each player. We are moving up by the jersey number, our seventeenth subject was Renato Sulic. You can read the chat with him below.
What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is the one eaten in the best company.
What is your favorite drink?
My favorite drink is wine.
What is your favorite color?
For my favorite color, I cannot decide between 50 shades of grey.
What is your favorite movie?
My favorite movie is Rocky or maybe Rambo.
Who is your favorite actor and/or actress?
I love the work of Morgan Freeman.
Who is your favorite musician?
My favorite musician is Oliver Dragojević.
What is your favorite song?
My favorite song is 'Svijet voli pobjednike' from Croatian band Colonia.
What is your favorite book?
My favorite book is 'The Old Man and the Sea' from Ernest Hemingway.
What is your favorite animal?
My favorite animal is 'the ugly duck'.
What are your habits before a game?
My habits before a game are to prepare for it physically and mentally.
What is your proudest moment in your career?
The proudest moments in my career are to be fully recovered and playing top handball again after suffering big physical injuries and life threatening consequences of a traffic accident in 2004. I almost forgot, winning the World Championship in Portugal 2003. It also made me proud.
Who is your role model?
I do not have a role model. I make my own roles in life.
What would you be if you were not a handball player?
If I were not be a handball player, I would be a fisherman.
Other than handball, which sport do you like the most? Which team and/or player do you support?
I like boxing, but I support all athletes whose hard work and efforts are rewarded with success.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to go home where my family is.
Which is the prettiest city you have ever been to?
The prettiest city I have ever been to is the one from my dreams.
What is your dream car?
My dream car is the one powered by the cheapest fuel and least pollutes the environment. With the 7 seats of course.
What do you fear the most?
I do not have fears in life.
What is your motto?
'Veni, vidi, vici' By Julius Caesar.
Are there any skills you wish you had learned?
I will have enough time after my handball career to learn whatever skill I want. Maybe to smile more. But handball first.
