Having finished the 10th round, Champions League is finished in 2015. In “A” group the competition between the teams is still really tight. After being defeated in Kiel, MVM Veszprém fell back to the 3rd place of the group. You can read about this game in our

In the team of Zagreb, Pavlovic was able to play again after missing the game against Besiktas because of his heart problem. The first half was based on the race of defense between the Polish and the Croatian team. After the 3-2 lead of the home team, the guests continued with a 4-0 series which resulted in a timeout by Coach Cadenas. Then, both teams had good periods during the game.
In the second half, Zagreb led the game even with a 5 goals; Plock, however, managed to equalize the game. The match was still open towards the end of the game. Both teams tried to stay calm and make their offence effective even in the last minutes. At 23-23 Plock had the chance to win but then Ivic saved a shot and the remaining 3 seconds were not enough for another offence for Zagreb.

Paris Saint-Germain Handball (FRA) – RK Celje Pivovarna Lasko (SLO) 32:27 (17:12)
It took only 14 minutes for Paris to determine the result of the match because they started the game with an 8-2 lead thanks to the amazing performance of Thierry Omeyer. The home team was very focused throughout the game so it took nearly 10 minutes for the team of Celje to score their first goal.
After their weak performance against Veszprém, Mikkel Hansen and Nikola Karabatic became the leaders of their team again; on the other side the young team of Branko Tamse did an outstanding job because they did everything for decreasing the gap between the two teams. Omeyer ended the game with 22 saves and Celje’s goalkeeper Urban Lesjak also performed great and prevent the team from a serious defeat.

Besiktas JK (TUR) - SG Flensburg-Handewitt (GER) 26:34 (16:17)
Flensburg started the game against Besiktas with serious problems since the Turkish team took a 4-1 lead thanks to their fast breaks. But the German team took control of the match with the leadership of the unstoppable Glandorf (8 goals until the break).
In the second half, the game was tight until the 45th minute, the German could lead the game only with 2 goals (23:25), then the home team seemed to be weakened and Flensburg scored 5 fast goals in a row and ended the game with victory.
